Open year round, weekly only during Summer months,
weekends available only September through June, still
available for Summer 2005, all of May and June and Aug.

3 bedrooms including one double bed, set of bunk beds
with single on top, double on bottom, sofa bed and
rollaway cot.

With quality furnishings and carpet throughout, this
cozy and clean fully equipped and very well maintained
cottage includes full sized fridge and stove,
microwave, all utensils and pots and pans and dishes,
many small appliances, satellite TV with VCR, infant
furniture, propane BBQ, picnic table, sandbox, canoe and
rowboat with child and adult sized life vests, swimming
raft and sandy swimming area
Features:
Set on a 1 km dead end road with a few other privately
owned , seldom used cottages, The Pioneer cottage is
perfect for small families looking to escape the hectic
city life and experience some quality, country, family
time. Very clean and with mostly all the comforts of
home, this cottage features a lovely 10x18 furnished
screend porch which faces the grassed front yard and
pristine lake. The sandy bottomed, weedless swimming
area is a haven for children and adults alike seeking
all that the lake has to offer, including good boating
and fishing.

Besides all the wonderful water activities that
Palmerston Lake has to offer, we would suggest a trip to
the lovely tourist town of Perth, For the golf
enthusiast, there are many courses within a one hour
drive of the cottage. The next community of Plevna
boasts a new grocery store, LCBO, mini golf, family
restaurant and take out window, ice cream shop, ATM,
bait, licenses and gas.
